- take phone calls from your customers 7 days a week throughout the year
- welcome your customers in our Agay offices 7 days a week during the summer season
- carry out on your behalf the delivery of the keys of your apartment or your villa
- control your property from your tenants
- to contact professionals of the repair department if an intervention on your apartment or your villa is necessary
- start your property for the beginning of the season (cleaning - maintenance of green areas - swimming pool etc ...)
All interventions, commercial or technical, will be ordered by you and confirmed in writing: no surprise at the end of the season!
